I have a 8 year old Jack Russell, that loves to dig in the back yard. We recently put up a provacy fence just to keep her in, so we thought. But she will dig underneath the fence and roam the neighborhood. We decided to get one of those underground fences to put around the fence and well that had a opposite effect on her, she got shocked once and then we would have to grab her and put her outside, then she would shake the whole time. There has to be something to prevent her from digging. Any suggestions would help.

 Have you tried taking her to vet?I suggest to ask opinions from vets.Or maybe,the best thing to do is go to a Dog psychiatrist.From them you will have a good knowledge in dealing with your pet and their behavioral problems.
