    New member says "Hi"

Just joined the forum though I have been a Pettags purchaser for many years. One thing I have just started doing with the pettags is this: Instead of putting my dog's name on the top line of the tag, I have printed   REWARD4RETURN  I don't really care if someone finding my dog knows what to call him/her, but I do care that they know getting my dog back to me is worth more to them than either keeping him/her or turning  him/her loose. What do you think?

That is a great idea.  I think that the pet should not be on a tag since if the person finding a lost pet wants to keep it they will already know the pets name.

    Great idea.

Hey, I like the idea!  I just ordered tags for my "Sugar Shane", and put on the last 2 lines, MY MOM AND DAD LOVE ME!, in hopes that they would treat the situation a little more carefully, knowing those words were engraved on his tags.  Your idea, however is priceless, as there's almost no amount we wouldn't put up to get our boy back!  Thanks!

You have such a great idea!!! I never thought of someone keeping my dog or turning them loose! I guess living in such a small town where everyone knows everyone, it's not such a concern here, but I definitely love your idea and will use it with their next collars!!! Thanks for sharing!

I just ordered a new tag for Biskitt and will order another one right now with both of these lines on it instead of the name and address. Then people will notice she has two tags as well as what is on them. Her current tag is a big hot pink bone and matches her hot pink metallic leather collar. So a nice neutral tag will balance that one, will be a great fashion statement for Biskitt, and will ease my mind as well. GREAT IDEA DaMaGe!

I jut ordered tags for my lab & golden...I put "I don't bite" on them because I have often seen people afraid to keep a lost dog until the owner comes in fear of getting bit

What a cool idea.  That is a great thing for people to put on a tag.  Also,  you should put Reward if Found so it will motivate a person that would not ordinarily go out of their way to help and then they might call and get your lost pet back.

Just a thought, whet do you think?
