We have ordered these tags for years. The company has the greatest customer service and product. I have several dogs and cats. I keep a tag on every collar with my phone number and city and state engraved on the tag. This has saved us a lot of grief over the years. When a new pet gets outside accidentally and gets disoriented it's usually a neighbor that calls me to say they have my pet.
