The tag is cute and looks exactly like the picture. My primary complaint is that the information appears to be painted on, rather than etched, so I worry that it will rub off quickly. The whole point of having an ID tag is so that someone can find my lost pet and return her and that doesn't work if the phone number rubs off. (Posted on 3/26/2019)

Great product I lovee that it is so easy to place the order the instructions are very clear. I placed the order and it was delivered way before the date of delivery that was posted. The quality was pretty good it was thinner and lighter than I expected but in some ways thats better overall I was very pleased and I will most definately order from them again (Posted on 3/26/2019)

Good quality, but not what I was expecting. Tag was printed metal. Was expecting engraved. Still, item arrived in good condition and gets the job done. Looks very nice, just a little disappointed when I typed my dogs name and my phone number on the preview it showed on the same side, but when it came in the mail the name was on one side and the phone number was on the other side. Although there was no tracking information available the estimated delivery date was very accurate. Strong sturdy product, and image was actually printed on both sides. I don't think I'll ever need to buy another one for my dog. (Posted on 3/26/2019)

I ordered 3 different tags. Each a different color and shape. They arrived in the mail in an envelope. They came with the ring to put on the collar. Each one is done very nicely and I can read easily. Would highly recommend! This us a great deal. I had looked at others with prices of upwards of $15...just couldn't see paying that much. I used this tag in silver for 18 months. The circle tag shape held up, but the engraving is so scratched that I can no longer read it. I am trying again in a color so there will be more contrast. Good price, wish the engraving were deeper. (Posted on 3/26/2019)
