Service Dog ID Tags (Round) (Set of 2)

I bought one tag a couple of months back but someone removed my dog's collar so I order 2 more sets and the day they arrived I attached the tag to my dog's collar. later that night I received a phone call from a neighbor a couple of streets down, my dog had chased us while we went to the store, somehow she got lost and the neighbor was able to contact us.
