Aluminum Pet Tags (Shield)

There are a lot of places to have tag dogs made, most are very limited on the amount of text that can be add, even on the larger tags. I order 2 large bone tags (one gold, one silver) and was able to have my German Short Haired Pointers full AKC name, which is 28 letters long plus 3 spaces and have two phone numbers on this tag. The names and numbers are all clear and easy to read. Shipping was fast, about a week – which is not bad at all for engraved items. Each tag came with their out key loop to attach to the collar; I did not use these as I have a tag holder for my boy. Because when his previous tags were on those loops, he was able to grab it and pull the tag off. The only negative is the gold looks more like yellow – but even that is not a big deal. The full name and 2 phone numbers are on 5 lines; something else that is not normally found for tags of this size. Size: about 1 ½ inches long by just over an inch at the widest part, thickness is just smaller than the thickness of a United States penny.
