Swarovski Crystals Pet Tags (Bone)

I have two complaints: It is NOT ENGRAVED, as they state in the title. It is merely a printed-ink type of application and I KNOW my puppy will eventually scratch the printing off. Also,despite what the samples show, they didn't vertically center my puppy's name (from top to bottom). Instead, they printed her name just barely on top of the row of 4 crystals leaving a larger space above her name. I know, maybe trivial to some, but I like yin and yang, balanced printing, etc. Maybe I'm a little OCD - I straighten crooked picture frames - but I just think it looks more professional to center things when expected and appropriate. The one thing I AM impressed with is that the thickness of the aluminum is very substantial - they didn't stint on that. Sure wish they would have engraved and centered, however.
