The product was great and everything I wrote was printed on. IT IS NOT ENGRAVED. Either way I was highly satisfied with the product. I ordered three of these for my cats, all the cat head shape, in blue, green and pink. The tags are a perfect size for my kitties, bright and reflective and came all together in one envelope. Like the tags, but the one engraved for Piper had information left off. I sent this reply back to you regarding this.
