I love this company for all of my ID tag needs. They are cheap, but a good value. There is a lifetime warranty against the information wearing off, which if you've had a pet tag for a few years, you know is impressive.
When they sent the wrong color for one of the tags we had ordered, they quickly sent a new one with a lifetime discount code for any of their ID tag products. I also get my medical alert tags through them.

I love the choices that are available. I chose the Princess one for Renegade, daughter of Chaos, or "Princess Pip" as her dad calls her when he carries her majestically up the stairs. Dad chose the hearts for Anarchy because she is so full of love and gives the best hugs ever. Mom knows who she really is thus her name. Their big brothers, Mayhem and Malcontent, will receive their new tags soon. I have found the perfect ones for each of them from CNATTAGS too. Mobocracy rules in our house.
