I was so impressed with the customer service and the tag!! About half the diamonds fell off after about a month (but I have a 70 pound pitbull) and I wrote to them and they replaced it no questions asked. The dog tag itself is sooo pretty and great quality otherwise! (Posted on 1/21/2019)
