Purchased in December 2016, and I noticed a couple of months ago that the phone number on the back was completely worn off. I checked the other dogs’ tags, purchased at one of those machines, and they’ve held up just fine for seven or eight years.

I have bought four tags from this merchant. They are good quality and the crystals are nice & bright. Shipping is quick. Starters this is not engraved but you should be able to tell this before hand if you actually look at the pictures. I didn’t mind it one bit. The tag is much thicker than normal tags from the store which is plus since my lab/hound bends and breaks her tags all the time. Super pretty with her collar and just in general! Excellent product except for the fact that the name and address are not engraved but rather printed on. I clear coated the whole thing in clear shalac to help protect the name, address, and phone number from scratching off. The clear coat will also help the rhinestones not fall out. Love these!! I actually ordered another one after I received this one. So cute!! Perfect for my tiny chihuahua and shitzu. Looks great on their collars. Came personalized and it came in very quickly. I love it, it looks really good for our pet chihuahua. I ordered the purple one, the letters came out well, it looks like its going to last her for quiet a while. I ordered the larger version and it is just perfect. Good thing we ordered the bigger version because it still looks quiet small! If I get another keychain I know I'll get it here, it's cheap too.
