I chose this item due to the lifetime warranty. I have tags on all 6 of my dogs, and recently two went for an adventure and it was the tag with our phone number that got them home. Even though my pets are chipped and not allowed to wander, accidents happen and ID tags are the fastest way to reunite with your pets. I checked all their tags and realized that most of our current aluminum tags had worn out and were unreadable. I wanted Stainless steel for durability. These tags came on time and have two sides of bold, easy to ready etching. I was provided a order code to order tags under warranty both on a card in the package and via email. Brought the paw first, then I brought the bone because the front and back could be engrave up to 4 lines and I could put more information on it. The engraving was free and very easy to see. Arrive fairly quickly. Not sue how long the engraving will last but seem to last a life time. My brother gave me his dog without me realizing he gave me his dog when he ask me to house train her. Since my dogs are house dogs and prefer to stay inside then outside, I only uses the tags when I take my dogs out on an outing. The quality of the tags are great so is the price with free shipping. Lightning Fast Shipping and a PERFECT PRODUCT! This pet tag was so well made and so well customized I ordered another for my other dog! I have three dogs and may even order a third because they are so well made. The stainless steel is solid and durable and the customized engraving is clear and concise on the tag. I ordered four lines of text on the front and three lines of text on the back. The tag is perfect and highly visible, which is what you want if you lose your pet! OK, when I first got these, I was disappointed, because they were not engraved. I was looking for something like my old dog tags. I bought these to hook to flag grommets prior to retiring them. I wanted something that would survive the fire so that I could easily retrieve them with a magnet later.

Well long story short, I built a torch fire to incinerate my personal documents and threw these in to see how well they would work. The intense heat cured the ink, They work as I planned, and I hope to use them for many more years. (Posted on 2/11/2019)

I bought another one since I accidentally threw out my dogs collar after bath rime recently...needed new tags & a collar. Anyway, the one I had for the past 2 years was still perfectly legible and didn't even have any scratches. That's saying something given that I have a rambunctious Jack Russel who loves playing in the yard.

I don't think it would be possible to beat the price on these tags and still end up with such good quality. I'm very happy with my original tag, and I'm very happy with this new one as well. (Posted on 2/11/2019)

You can't beat the price and quality of this dog tag. We used to buy our dog tags for about $11 at the pet store, and for under $4 these tags are a steal! Up to 4 lines available on front and back. Would def recommend and will purchase in the future. Don't mind the pics, it was hard to get a good one since it's the mirror effect. (Posted on 2/11/2019)

These are excellent, well-made tags. I recently purchased a couple of 3- and 5-way fruit trees, like an apple tree with five different branches producing 5 different kinds of apple. The tree comes with little plastic bands on each branch naming each kind of apple, bands that will deteriorate in a year or so. I replaced them with these tags describing each variety of fruit and in stainless steel they will no doubt outlive me! These tags are a wonderful, attractive way to keep something labeled that is exposed to the elements. I imagine there are many other uses for them and at this low price and high quality, my garden/orchard will be well-labeled for life! (Posted on 2/11/2019)

I previously reviewed this and was not entirely happy because there were errors in the engraved information. I called the company, told them about their mistake, and within a week I got a replacement tag that is perfect. I was also told that if the engraving wears off because of being next to other tags, all I need to do is notify them, and they will replace the tags. The customer service is as good as any company I've dealt with. The tags are sturdy and look great, can't be chewed up by my other dogs, and I'm completely happy. (Posted on 2/11/2019)

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! I have a pack of dogs and they play so rough with one another that they often times lose their tags. In the past they have bent their tags. These are durable and extremely easy to read. I loved the engraving offered! I was able to write medical conditions that others would need to be aware of if they happened to come across my pet, like blindness or hearing impaired.
