Small is perfect for our 12 lb chi. We keep it on all the time in case she ever gets out. Have to be careful the stitching color is enough contrast to show well.

Looks good easy to read name of the dog only issue is that to adjust to dog’s neck size it covers some of the phone number. It works great on a dog who for some reason consistently looses her tags.
