The dogs that I customized and ordered came quite fast in the mail. The engraving is easy to read. My dogs are rough on their collars and the tags have not worn off or fallen off. You will have to do a little bit of bending of the side tabs to get them on the collar but it is easy with a needle-nose pliers or even just with your hands. (Posted on 10/17/2019)

The product seems to be good quality and I don't see an issue with the fact that it isn't curved like other reviewers have written. I also don't see how it would dig into my dog's skin like others have stated, but I have a long haired dog. I just wish the writing was a little clearer and easier to read.
