I ordered 4 tags for all of my pets, and the tags arrived in the mail (look for an envelope in your mailbox) in perfect condition. Every tag was made exactly how I requested in my order. I love that I am more comfortable and confident that my pets will be safe. These are quality tags at a very good price. I highly recommend this product and this company.
