The tags came faster than expected. Where just what we wanted and we will be ordering more in the future. We do dog rescue and like to put tags on everyone we save. A dog without a tag will be a stray if loose. We find so many that we could return if there owner would have put a tag. The rings are much nicer than what I received from some other company. The tags where fantastic, great price. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because on two of the tags I had ordered a different phone number as the first number listed on the tags, and unfortunately they sent all 8 tags with the same phone number, they got all the dogs names correct but on those two tags they put the same phone numbers as the other tags instead of the phone number I put in the order.
