I was expecting a cheaply made product, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was of the same quality I can purchase in a pet tag machine for 3 times the price I paid through Amazon. Delivery was faster than I expected, the engraving was large, legible and everything was correct. I had two sides printed. I am very happy with my purchase and will buy again. (Posted on 2/15/2019)

Fast shipping- great product at a great price. My dog has different tags I can switch out depending on where we/he is (he sometimes stays with a friend to accommodate my work schedule so he has that address and phone as well as his regular home) I just clip on the tag he needs that day with a small carabineer clip. It came quick & it looks great! I love it! I saw a lot of people were talking about the lettering coming off so I put a coat of clear nail polish on both sides hoping to avoid that situation for awhile. my dog has been in all sorts of mud and rain & heat and he is a puppy so he was chewing on it some and its still holding up very well. but i would just reorder it if anything happens to it. These tags are WONDERFUL! Every bit as nice as the ones for $14+ at the pet stores, though these aren't engraved, they're printed. I ordered 3 standard dog bones and the colors were gorgeous, printing perfect. They've held up beautifully on brush-busting swimming dogs that get filthy on every horseback ride. Also ordered one of the dog bones with crystals and it's absolutely beautiful: a bright vivid pink with *very* shiny sparkly crystals. They arrived quickly in the mail, about in the middle of the shipping dates given. Will definitely buy from again and recommend to friends. Last time when I purchased two name tags.. I forgot writing a review. They are really nice and cute. I am satisfied 100%. This time I ordered another one for my another dog. But there was some issues on it so I contacted the seller. And the seller send me a replacement AND gave me a refund. I was very impressed by the service. I've ordered several of these over the years. They aren't anything fancy, but they are good quality and cheap--the letters don't fade or scratch off. My dogs typically end up catching them on stuff while running through the woods or playing and the rings break, but they are cheap enough that it's not a hassle to replace them. If you just invest in a better quality ring, you probably wouldn't ever have to replace. (Posted on 2/15/2019)

For the price, I had low expectations, but this is very cute and perfect for my dog. He does not wear his collar unless we go places, so this is for travel. Since it is new, I do not know how well the color and print will hold up, but will try to update after some wearage. (Posted on 2/15/2019)

love the fact that I don't have to spend much on my puppy's tags anymore! Especially because she loses them all the time! The color is super vibrant and the writing is legible and clean. Would definitely recommend!! Even though it arrived a date later than supposed to...I can't really blame the company for it.
