The tags are the perfect size, and the writing is very very clear. They do not make a lot of sound when on my dogs harness either which is a plus as i can get annoyed easily. Though i would have preferred a pink or white, the red is easy to see and perfect against my pups jet black fur. Edit: after a week, the writing on it has not faded at all, which makes me very very happy. Since my pup can be a bit of a scratcher with her short fur in this cold weather. Yet i am also glad it came in a 2 pack, because she lost the first. Cant beat the price
