While I understand ESA identifying products like these are not required and do not take the place of following the process of obtaining an RX and letter from your healthcare professional... It is great for identifying his purpose to the public. People tend to ask me now (way more than before) if they can pet him. I feel like airlines and hotels appreciate it too, especially when they are enforcing rules like dogs that are not ESA that have to remain in their carriers and those folks seeing another pet out of the carrier. I feel it helps them quickly point out the difference.
