I've ordered at least five of these and every one of them have been perfect. My first order didn't come, so I emailed them, and they quickly resent my order! I have had no trouble getting orders after that. My only wish is the ring that attached the tag to the collar was more durable. But no big deal! (Posted on 1/19/2019)
