I have two complaints: It is NOT ENGRAVED, as they state in the title. It is merely a printed-ink type of application and I KNOW my puppy will eventually scratch the printing off. Also,despite what the samples show, they didn't vertically center my puppy's name (from top to bottom). Instead, they printed her name just barely on top of the row of 4 crystals leaving a larger space above her name. I know, maybe trivial to some, but I like yin and yang, balanced printing, etc. Maybe I'm a little OCD - I straighten crooked picture frames - but I just think it looks more professional to center things when expected and appropriate. The one thing I AM impressed with is that the thickness of the aluminum is very substantial - they didn't stint on that. Sure wish they would have engraved and centered, however. I can tell by looking at it this tag is not long for this world. The font is too bold and thick and barely on there so it'll rub off easily without much effort. For the price it's a good emergency tag and the crystals are cute but they need to work on their fonts and application of such fonts. As a graphic designer I can adequately complain. I've received 17 of these tags recently. I have 4 small dogs. I like a variety of colors and change their collars frequently ;) Out of 17 only one had 3 stones that came off in shipping but they were still contained in the bag so I can glue them back on. These are the perfect size and weight for my dogs. I've attached pictures. The names look blurry in the pics but they aren't in person. They're clear and centered well on the tags. No mistakes. I painted clear nail polish on each one in the hopes of securing the rhinestones and preventing the wording on the back from getting scratched off over time. I just ordered 4 more. I was a bit worried/skeptical that my tag was gonna turn out wrong cause of all of the other reviews. It is absolutely beautiful and just the way I wanted it. I love the font I picked and the rhinestones—so pretty!
A tip for other buyers: if you also buy from other tag companies, if you have a lot of information about your dog, put that on the back and put just the dogs name on the front. I ordered another tag for one of my other dogs and I had so much information all on the front along with the name—it didn’t look right so I ordered another. CNATTAGS are very clever to put the name on the front and info for your dog on the back—it makes it very pretty!
I would kind of like to see the rhinestones on both sides, but what’s the use on the back as all the info goes there. These tags are thick as well—very nice heavy tags. The price is great. I love rhinestones and this tag was a must for my dog, Lexie! (Posted on 1/23/2019)

I literally spoil all my animals rotten. I have a 3 1/2 year old Siberian who owns about 20 different collars and 12-14 harnesses. I also have a 4 month old Siberian who is now up to about 8 collars and 5 harnesses (so far!). As well as 2 cats. I've always wanted to get my babies tags for their collars but I'm not about to pay $20.00 for a tag that's just gonna say their name that I already know. Now that I have came across this company I've bought a total of 12 so far and am putting in another order very soon! Super affordable. Great quality. I'm getting a tag for each dog and cats collar so I don't have to constantly struggle to take them off the rings each time I change collars which is usually every 2-3 days! Lol. I do have quick change tag connectors for all the rabies tags but at $3.50 for a tag connector they get expensive. I definitely recommend these tags. I haven't been disappointed yet and I've ordered ALOT of different styles and colors. I bought one and it turned out great. It was super cute and so far after a month it still is in good shape. It has all its crystals and script is still on. I bought another one for my other dog and the crystals immediately started falling off by the second day. The script also started wearing off as well. Thankfully I contacted the seller and they sent me another one that was made much better. It's only been a couple days, but so far it hasn't lost any crystals and it looks good. This is the second time that I order a tag from this company for my dog - I lost the first one and that was ordered two years ago. I get compliments on the quality (feel and look) all the time and I love it. I ordered the bone shaped in black.

My dog is about 20lbs so the size of the tag is perfect for her. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the loop that comes with this tag is very cheap; I accidentally hooked her leash on that and it snapped right off - again my dog is only 20lbs and she does not pull excessively. HOWEVER, I’m not rating this product lower because that is an easy fix and after having the first tag for about two years it never faded or lost its quality.

The engraving is well done leaving us with nothing to worry about if our old dog got away from us. Some of the jewels fell out pretty fast, but I expected that, especially when I could buy it and ship it at less than the cost of a tag at any local store. But the important thing is that my dog will make it back to me.

This name tag looks wonderful on my Chessie puppy! I was worried that it would lose rihnestones within the first day but so far it's lasted a week and still looks great! It has gone through rough puppy play, river swimming, baths, etc! The only downside to this is the metal ring that comes with it, it's a bit too flimsy and weak. Really cute id tag for new dog. It is thicker then most dog tags I have had in the past. Double sided ingraving givs lots of room for info. Only thing that I did not like was the ring provided to attach to collar was very flimsy and did not last a day, but an easy fix on my own. Our lab puppy is very playful, so I wasn't sure how well the rhinestones would last on this heart tag. I am amazed! I have purchased 4 of these in the last month. I chose these items for the price. We have two young, very active girls who like to grab on each other’s collars when they play. We originally bought the expensive tags from Petsmart (almost 3 times the cost of these), one of which got lost somewhere on the property never to be seen again, another one got damaged through the ‘protective’ coating of the tag. I chose these tags, like I mentioned, for the price as if we need to buy more, they are not terribly expensive. They are also very cute for two young girls. So far, they have withstood extreme doggie play, although maybe one of the little “crystals” have fallen off each, I am surprised they have held up as long as they have, almost a month now. I noticed the tag wasn’t centered very well and who ever was transporting it to me was a little rough on the package it had a few scratches. Over all I’m still pleased with the color pigment the scratches are barely, or not even visible at all unless you really focus lol. A very awkward tip though I hate the way those tags get after a while they wear out. I put clear gel nail polish over the tag to preserve it regular nail polish chips. OBVI. I purchased a red tag for my girl and a blue tag for my boy. We chose the large bone shape surrounded by Swarofski Crystals, as my pups are also large. They are SO beautiful! I thought I would like them but I, in fact, adore them! My pups are SO excited to proudly wear their new bling. I absolutely love it! Now my standard poodle finally has bling. I debated whether or not to go with the swarovski crystal or the stainless steel. I am so glad I went with the Swarovski crystal. Came as early as a week after I ordered which is really quick to have something custom made and shipped. The lettering on it is perfect for what I wanted, large and hasn't peeled or faded in over 2 months. one of the rhinestones fell out but I expected this would happen since my dogs play in the backyard for hours alone everyday. The tag was also extremely cheap around 3 bucks when I bought it and if I remember correctly I had one engraved at pet smart for just under 20 dollars so it was a great deal. I bought these for my two cats and they are gorgeous! No crystals are missing and they seem to be well made. The only thing I didn't like so much was that the lettering is kind of squished together. It may be the font that I used, but I just find that the letters are too close together. One of my cat's names is Rae, so I know her name isn't long enough to be pushed more together to try to get it to fit. This is my second purchase. I love the look of these tags. My first one looks exactly the same today as it did when I originally purchased and he wears the tag 24-7. However, this second purchase I bought for my foster dog and newly adopted dog and both tags have lost one crystal each. They still look good, but somewhat disappointed that both are missing a crystal. I bought a total of 4 tags this time; 2 for me, 1 for my mom's dog and the other for my aunt's dog. My mom and my aunt haven't said anything about missing crystals so maybe mine were just a fluke. Starters this is not engraved but you should be able to tell this before hand if you actually look at the pictures. I didn’t mind it one bit. Excellent product except for the fact that the name and address are not engraved but rather printed on. I clear coated the whole thing in clear shalac to help protect the name, address, and phone number from scratching off. The clear coat will also help the rhinestones not fall out. I just love these i.d. tags! I previously bought one of the bone-shaped tags from this company for my dog, just to try it out. I had purchased more expensive ones (from different makers) in the past with terrible luck, they would fall apart quickly. The first one I got from this company- close to a year ago- has held up very nicely. Sure it has some scratches, but that comes with the territory of wear-and-tear, more importantly it has remained intact. The lettering has remained beautiful and none of the crystals have come off. I just purchased some extras for change of collar and as back-up (bone and heart shapes), the only slight drawback with the heart shape is that the lettering on the front of the tag is smaller and a little harder to read, but it will still obviously work. Shipping was fast. I strongly recommend these tags for your pet! (Posted on 1/16/2019)

I bought the purple tag for my dog a little over a year ago. I absolutely love it. It's a good size; not too small and not too big for my border collie/lab mix. I wouldn't order it for a small breed dog because it would look enormous. I love that I was able to put her name on the front and then our address and two phone numbers on the back. The purple is bright and pretty and the engraving is perfect. A year later, the stones are all still in place and the engraving is still perfect. The tag is on her collar with her dog license and the back of this tag is up against the license, so some of the color around the edges has rubbed off, but the engraving is still in tact and easy to read. I just ordered another one for my other dog (a lab/hound mix) because the tag we had gotten her at a large, popular chain pet store a few years ago has no color at all left on it and just looks terrible. Sadly, this was too heavy for my cat because it's super cute and well made. If you're ordering this for a dog, I say go for it. A small kitty though, may think she is being punished. Seriously, this thing freaked her out. I'm positive it was the weight. It really does have crystals on it - not just an engraved star thing like many others. It's a great looking tag. I think I'll hang it on the Christmas tree this year LOL. I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to arrive, although to their credit, the seller did send an email. I have 2 tags from this company. I would've given 5 stars, but a couple of the little rhinestones have fallen out from the kinda rougg play that my girls do with each other and their friends.
I'm happy that the engraving is holding up nicely, and that one side has their name, the other side our info.
I want to say it took a week or so for the tag to arrive, I can't really remember now. ( 1 yr ago on one 6+ months on the other) But I remember my girls seeming so happy and proud about the their new "pretties" on their halters and strutting their stuff :)

I purchased the pink heart for my kitten, I knew it was not engraved by looking at the customers review pictures. I still ordered it because it's a good price, looks cute and is for my indoor cat. It took about a week to arrive. When it arrive I got disappointed because the printing was blurry and hard to read (pic #3). I contacted the seller about this problem and immediately they msg me back, gave them my order # and info on tag. Right away they replace the tag, I received new tag fast with priority mail. I'm happy they were able to replace the tag. The little crystals in tag might fall (pic #1) but it is easy to fix with super glue. This tag is light weight and in the back you have three lines for info, enough space to write your pets chip number. I recommend this tag for a small gentle pets. This tag is not heavy duty nor engraved like rabies tag, I don't recommend for outside dogs because the printing might erase right away. More likely I'll purchase again for my cat. Starters this is not engraved but you should be able to tell this before hand if you actually look at the pictures. I didn’t mind it one bit. The tag is much thicker than normal tags from the store which is plus since my lab/hound bends and breaks her tags all the time. Super pretty with her collar and just in general! The engraving is well done leaving us with nothing to worry about if our old dog got away from us. Some of the jewels fell out pretty fast, but I expected that, especially when I could buy it and ship it at less than the cost of a tag at any local store. But the important thing is that my dog will make it back to me.
