Incredible customer service! The jewels fell out very quickly so I contacted the company, and it was almost an instantaneous response and they sent me a new one! I have ordered crystal tags in the past, and the crystals always fall off! I put these on the dogs almost 2 months ago and despite their roughhousing and being generally high energy dogs, no stones have been lost.

These seem to be laser printed? Not laser cut. I was expecting that exposed metal where the writing was, but its completely smooth and seems like it was printed on. That is fine, as long as it doesn't scratch out or fade away. (Posted on 1/30/2019)

Purchased in December 2016, and I noticed a couple of months ago that the phone number on the back was completely worn off. I checked the other dogs’ tags, purchased at one of those machines, and they’ve held up just fine for seven or eight years. (Posted on 1/30/2019)

I have bought four tags from this merchant. They are good quality and the crystals are nice & bright. Shipping is quick. so cute...it won't last long I can see that ... but it is so cute for the money and until I get her a permanent one this one will be fine... and sadly she is old..she may have this one till the end. not for a rumbuctious dog ... the color will wear off, but for a more settled dog, it will last a long time and be so cute doing it (Posted on 1/30/2019)

Starters this is not engraved but you should be able to tell this before hand if you actually look at the pictures. I didn’t mind it one bit. The tag is much thicker than normal tags from the store which is plus since my lab/hound bends and breaks her tags all the time. Super pretty with her collar and just in general! Once this tag gets worn out I will be sure to order another from this seller. Cam before expected delivery date as well. (Posted on 1/30/2019)

Excellent product except for the fact that the name and address are not engraved but rather printed on. I clear coated the whole thing in clear shalac to help protect the name, address, and phone number from scratching off. The clear coat will also help the rhinestones not fall out.
