Came as early as a week after I ordered which is really quick to have something custom made and shipped. The lettering on it is perfect for what I wanted, large and hasn't peeled or faded in over 2 months. one of the rhinestones fell out but I expected this would happen since my dogs play in the backyard for hours alone everyday. The tag was also extremely cheap around 3 bucks when I bought it and if I remember correctly I had one engraved at pet smart for just under 20 dollars so it was a great deal. Absolutely beautiful, this is the 3rd set of tags we've ordered from these guys. Excellent quality, we've never had an issue with the stones falling out or the engraving becoming worn. We have had these for several years and the only reason we are replacing them now is to update our address because we just moved (last time it was the phone number.) I bought these for my two cats and they are gorgeous! No crystals are missing and they seem to be well made. The only thing I didn't like so much was that the lettering is kind of squished together. It may be the font that I used, but I just find that the letters are too close together. One of my cat's names is Rae, so I know her name isn't long enough to be pushed more together to try to get it to fit. You can still read everything, you just have to look at it a little more closely. Super cute and so is the font(s)! (Posted on 1/30/2019)

This is really cute tag and the personalization was great. However, the loop holding it wasn’t exactly very strong.. we lost it already within a few days so now we need to get a new one. It was on our dog one minute and then after walking it seemed to have disappeared. It’s adorable though so maybe get a different hook for it. (Posted on 1/30/2019)

We got this dog tag in pink for our first dog and loved it so much, that we ordered again for our second dog that we just got (but purple). They both look great and are way better than the ones you can buy in the store at petsmart, especially for the price point. I would definitely recommend getting these for your pets. Decided to wait a while and see how it held up, and so far, so good! My dog is medium activity but very clumsy, which means running into things constantly but! So far only one rhinestone has popped off and only the edges of the tag show much wear. Fantastic tag for the price. I'm super happy with it, and everyone thinks it's cute, too! This is my second purchase. I love the look of these tags. My first one looks exactly the same today as it did when I originally purchased and he wears the tag 24-7. However, this second purchase I bought for my foster dog and newly adopted dog and both tags have lost one crystal each. They still look good, but somewhat disappointed that both are missing a crystal. I bought a total of 4 tags this time; 2 for me, 1 for my mom's dog and the other for my aunt's dog. My mom and my aunt haven't said anything about missing crystals so maybe mine were just a fluke. I do have tags attached to collars with a Rubit clip and this tag was on the front so I know it wasn't a rubbing issue. (Posted on 1/30/2019)
