First collar sent to me had a defective clasp. They quickly replaced collar, and the new clasp works great. Wonderful way to have dog's name and my cell number on collar. I'm watching my credit card billing to be sure they don't "try" to bill me for the second collar. They did not ask for the first collar back; but not very good with a defective clasp.
