I bought one tag a couple of months back but someone removed my dog's collar so I order 2 more sets and the day they arrived I attached the tag to my dog's collar. later that night I received a phone call from a neighbor a couple of streets down, my dog had chased us while we went to the store, somehow she got lost and the neighbor was able to contact us. My Labradoodle always manages to chew up any tags hanging from her collar. Having a slide on ID tag was the perfect solution, but limited us to buckled collars which are becoming harder to find. Having the slide on ID that has open slots on the ends allows us to choose collars with a quick release buckle, opening up our choices of collar patterns. (Posted on 10/17/2019)

The quality of the product is very good and exactly fits the descriptions. Just make sure you measure your pet's collar and order the according size. I ordered a bigger size for my kitties collar because I wanted it to be easily visible to anyone in case they cant get close enough. I was able to easily adjust the clips a bit with some pliers so it fits snugly and looks good. It's durable, with very clear text and a nice looking tag. All the other tags with customization were at least 2x the price so I figured if it was worth a shot even if the product wasn't good. I'm very impressed and satisfied and may get another tag to have a backup. My cat is outside and has lost several collars already. I ordered 2 of these in 2 different sizes for our 2 dogs. The tag itself is thinner than I expected, but is well imprinted and easy to read. There was some difficulty getting it on our large dogs collar, but got it on. The small dog's collar was easier as I could slide it on. Time will tell if these hold up and come off their collars. Needed a tag that wasn’t going to be chewed off. My 4 month old golden has a habit of chewing his tag off if he gets bored of his toys. This works perfect! I had never had a tag like this before and wanted to try it out. I have ordered dozens of different tags from this buyer before and they have their pros and cons but I continue to order! My pets are rough on tags so I’m constantly having to replace them and I was moving a lot so the information changed often on them. It’s always great to come on here and get a new one for a quarter of the price as Petsmart and in my opinion last just as long with how my 5 crazies go through tags. I will continue to order from them and they treat me like a valued customer. Anytime I have an issue they are on it! They have a customer for life. I bought these for a neighbor's indoor/outdoor cats. I like that there isn't anything that can get caught in it like a traditional, hanging tag might have. It's also noiseless which is a plus to me for a cat that spends times outdoors. The small size is a smidge too large in length and width to me for a cat collar but it did fit on the collar fine. I would only suggest that instead of being completely straight, for them to have a minimal curve to them to follow the curve of a collar on a neck. I was a little nervous that the prongs that allow it to clamp onto the collar would break off over time, but so far I’ve had this for a few months and haven’t had any problems. I did what others suggested and attached it where there was overlap of collar so that the prongs would be touching the second piece of collar vs touching my dogs neck (to ensure the prongs wouldn’t poke her). I've purchased this product twice now, once in the medium size for a 3/4 inch collar and again in the large size to put on a 1 inch harness. I love these tags. My dog has very sensitive skin so with the tradition dangling tags they touch her neck and create a rash. She also tries to crane her neck to bite at them. This solves those issues tremendously. I love using martingale collars, and the slide on tags cannot be slid into a martingale because there's no clasp or opening on the collar itself. I order the tags with the opening in the sides so that it easily fits into a martingale with no issues. In addition, the tag is silent which is a huge plus. My only critique would be with the lettering itself. There's a black ink over the engraving making it a little difficult to read. However if someone were to find your dog and was taking the time to read the tag, it's definitely legible. Overall I love this product and will be ordering again as it's so easy to fit onto martingale collars and harnesses and even leashes! And u cannot beat the price. This was easy to slip onto the harness for my schnauzer, and clear to read if she's ever lost. The tag came quickly--I've ordered one in the past, and really liked them so sought out the same vendor for this purchase. Notice they come with closed ends if you can slide the tag onto your collar or harness, and there are open ends if you need to just work them onto the harness, in the event you can't slide it on. The tag is easy to read and easy to attach to my dog’s collar. Shipping was fast and product was engraved accurately. I ordered the small and thought it was a little larger than I expected. However, it worked fine, even on the small collar I have for my five pound puppy. I like the slide on design because our heat and air vents are on the floor. We had originally purchased a dog tag that dangled from the collar and our puppy got the tag tangled in the grate of the floor vent. This slide on design will be much safer. (Posted on 10/17/2019)
